Velveteen Lop website-Cool Link!

Although I don’t yet have a webpage for the new breed under development; the Velveteen Lop, I still enjoy browsing for information on the net.  My friends have a few of these lops and they are very personable rabbits.  They also have plush, velvety fur like the Mini Rex and Rex rabbits, but the body type of the English Lop, only smaller.

I ran across a website all about the Velveteen Lop rabbit, made by Sarrah and Gail Gibbons - The Velveteen Lop Rabbit website.

A very pretty site with awesome graphics and pictures along with tons of info on this newer breed.  Velveteen Lop enthusiasts are sure to enjoy Sarrah and Gail’s work!

C-Bar Rabbits of New Mexico-Cool Website to Visit!

I had a few spare minutes (hmmm I don’t know how I managed that) so I went browsing through some of the breeders’ websites in our directory.

One caught my attention;  C-Bar Rabbits of New Mexico.  This family started out in 4-h and FFA programs, progressing to breeding and competing at ARBA events with their Dutch rabbits.  They raise black, blue and chocolate Dutch and show in the New Mexico, Arizona and even Texas areas.

Their website features a clean format and crisp styling: the colors they chose are nicely done and complement each other.  They appear to be in the process of putting more breed pictures in, but the ones they currently have are fast loading and fairly clear.  Their family page pictures show several shots of their family with their bunnies - cute!

Nice job and good luck at the shows!
